We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service, though we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.2 Add-on Services

Additional services are available including dedicated AI infrastructure (£99/month), extra storage (£15/GB), additional messages (£25 per 5,000), and white-label UI (£50/month).

4.3 Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for Enterprise accounts.
